Our friends over a Security Sales & Integration published a piece last week that serves as a guide to some of the exciting activities going down at ISC West in Las Vegas next week. The show is just about a week away and Caster will be on-site representing several clients. We wanted to pull together a short blog that served as a quick preview of what’s to come at the show from our clients and where to find us.

Exhibiting for the first time ever is a new client of ours, OneEvent Technologies. OneEvent can be found within the Connected Home Pavilion at the show (booth 26141) and will be demonstrating their OneEvent software solution which leverages a powerful predictive analytics engine to accurately predict disasters (such as fire or water damage) before they happen by learning what’s normal within an environment and alerting building managers or homeowners when key environmental factors measure as abnormal.

Speaking of new clients, Sigma Designs, a leading provider of smart TV platforms and IoT devices will be exhibiting with the Z-Wave Alliance Pavilion (booth 26065) discussing recently implemented advancements to the Z-Wave chip set including Security 2 (S2) and SmartStart. Both advancements simply the deployment of Z-Wave based smart home systems while bolstering security.

The Z-Wave Alliance Pavilion will also host a number of other member companies showing off the most recent Z-Wave smart home and security products. Z-Wave Alliance Executive Director Mitch Klein will be available for interviews concerning the Z-Wave Alliance and what the future has in store for the popular smart home IoT protocol.

From Caster Communications, Ashley Daigneault and I will be on-site supporting OneEvent Technologies, Sigma Designs, and the Z-Wave Alliance and we’d be more than happy to coordinate a meeting if you’ll be attending the show!
