Caster Communications Offers New Social Media Courses at CEDIA Expo 2017
In the third year of teaching, Caster’s classes help home technology professionals establish their brand on social media at different levels
Wakefield, RI – August 23, 2017 – Caster Communications, Inc., an award-winning consumer tech PR and social media firm, announces its social media training schedule for CEDIA Expo 2017.
“Social Media BYOD Lab: Facebook,” is a beginner workshop designed for those who need to create a Facebook Business Page or activate one they’ve created but not used, and how to get started using it to promote their business and create a following. The class will be interactive, with real-time troubleshooting and demonstration from Caster staff. The course will take place on Wednesday, September 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
For those who need to take their business’ Facebook Page to the next level, “How Facebook can fill Your Lead Funnel with Advertising and Organic Engagement” teaches tactics for engaging customers with event pages, unique content and paid Facebook advertising. Course attendees should already have a foundational level of Facebook knowledge and have a Facebook Business page. The course will be on Wednesday, September 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The final class, “Thought Leadership and Community Building on Twitter,” will provide instruction on using Twitter to cultivate personal or brand authority and growing an engaged following. Techniques taught will include creating lists, tracking market influencers, sharing rich content and using hashtags and Twitter chats. This course will take place on Friday, September 8 at 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
