After spending the first part of her career on the road, living out of the back of a truck, a tent, a backpack and a sleeping bag as an international adventure travel guide, Amanda finally made the decision that she was actually meant to write about those adventures. Cut to more than fifteen years later and she’s built a career leading social media programs in the global corporate environment.

Amanda is a global and regional digital media leader with multi-channel brand and content strategy expertise. She has extensive experience and knowledge leading businesses through growth and strategy building for the customer, client, and user and has led multiple digital teams through large-scale corporate mergers. She’s an influential, cross-functional leader for matrix organizations and Fortune 500 customers and clients.

With experience advancing internal and external communications, Amanda takes a holistic approach to social and digital strategy. She has led multiple teams to build social strategies from scratch while additionally working to grow social media programs with an already solid foundation. During her tenure, she has worked to develop customized social media strategies that have unparalleled growth rates, often outpacing industry competitors and ensuring a firm’s excellent reputation in digital media.

After living abroad and across the U.S. for 20 years, Amanda loves being back in her home state of Rhode Island. When she’s not scrolling Instagram, she can often be found running the Newport beaches, pretending she’s an interior designer, and trying to wrangle her two chocolate labs.
