Kyra Frosini

Office Manager

Kyra has had a love for quality office organization since she was a kid faxing order sheets for her family’s greenhouse business, keeping Dad’s desk in order, and teaching her parents about computers. While working towards her degree, she worked in the Student Affairs Department at Endicott College where she cultivated professional skills and made some important connections with studies in human behavior and well-being. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Kyra managed Jolie Tea Company, a small business in MA for several years where she enjoyed the opportunity to generate and implement creative ideas to improve business while still having the opportunity to work with the public.

Kyra is about to celebrate her 3rd year at Caster. She manages the business’s vendor relationships, AP/AR, and general office with the swiftest of hand and kindest of attitudes. She works closely with Kim to manage human resources and Caster operations. Her goal is to keep the office running smoothly whether it means cleaning up spills or meeting deadlines.

When she’s not in the office she is at the beach with her soon-to-be husband and pup or in New York with the rest of her family.
