Voice Assistant Support: Customers can receive real-time alerts about shipments, internal box temperature, tampering, and battery life status with the new free-to-enable Loxx Boxx Amazon Alexa Skill. Users can also use the Alexa integration to grant carriers access to the Loxx Boxx, using verbal commands to input tracking numbers or personalized codes in the app.
Enhanced Courier Support: The Loxx Boxx app now supports secure tracking and delivery protection for over 1,000 parcel carriers worldwide, expanding from its initial support for major courier services including Amazon, DHL, FedEx, Lasership, UPS and USPS.
Improved User Experience: In addition to software upgrades for faster, more intuitive app navigation, the Loxx Boxx app now incorporates embedded video tutorials that improve users’ solution setup, calibration and deployment experience.
Defender Protection Plans
