Theory Audio Design Builds Worldwide Sales Force

Adding a director of sales, US rep groups, and international distributors, the loudspeaker and electronics manufacturer prepares to ship its first seven products. 

Lake Forest, CA – December 18, 2019 – Theory Audio Design, loudspeaker and electronics manufacturer renowned for startling acoustic performance, aesthetics, and value, announces new director of sales, Joshua Trujillo. Since joining the company in Q3 2019, Trujillo has been working feverishly on building Theory’s domestic and international sales force from the ground up in preparation for worldwide availability of its first seven products in January 2020.

Trujillo joins Theory Audio Design with 16 years of experience working across the AV industry. Trujillo spent 13 years with custom integration company, Logic Integration of Lone Tree, Colorado, where he worked his way up from technician to director of sales and design. Trujillo also brings valuable experience working in product marketing for Sonance and regional sales management for Atlona.

“Joshua brings an energy, positivity, and passion for AV that is contagious, and he is a welcome addition to the Theory team,” said Theory’s founder and product designer, Paul Hales. “His breadth of experience working as an integrator on both commercial and residential projects, as well as directly for popular AV brands, means he has seen it all and understands exactly what the customer needs. I am confident Joshua will help drive Theory’s market acceptance and growth in 2020 and beyond.”

Representing Theory in the US thus far is ByDesign Vision & Sound Marketing in the Southwest, AV Partners in the Pacific Northwest, Performance Sales & Marketing in the MINK states, Elite 3 Pro in the TOLA territory, PSG in the Southeast, Envision Technology Advisors in Florida, DSG Metro in the New York metro and New Jersey area, and Fluxus Group in the Northeast. Theory is also working on building its international distributor network, with distribution through Cogworks in Australia, and ANVIMEDIA in India to start.
