Udayan Senapati Named VP / Business Unit Manager of AMETEK Power Quality Solutions
WAUKEGAN, IL, March 19, 2021 – AMETEK Powervar is pleased to welcome Udayan Senapati as the new Vice President / Business Unit Manager for AMETEK Power Quality Solutions (PQS), within which Powervar, SurgeX, and ESP serve as the core supporting brands. In his new role, Udayan will provide leadership and guidance for the continued strategic growth of each of the brands under the AMETEK PQS umbrella.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades of executive leadership, Udayan excels at meeting customer needs through product innovation, commercial growth, and developing high performance teams. He brings years of expertise acquired through a diverse career serving technically driven industries. Prior to joining AMETEK PQS, as VP & GM for Belden’s Enterprise Connectivity platform Udayan led a global business to deliver organic growth through product and commercial innovation. He also served as Director of Operations for Danaher Corporation, where he managed domestic and international operations in the Danaher Motion group with customers in medical, industrial, aerospace, and HVAC market verticals.
